Summary:
The Schwinn Compact 411 Elliptical Trainer is a quality machine for a relatively low price – ideal for people who want to workout at home but haven’t got much space. It has plenty of resistance levels and a good variety of programs to keep both beginners and advanced athletes happy. It is sturdily built, works smoothly and quietly. The 18” stride length is good enough for most people and was actually a surprise to find on a compact machine (many compact machines only offer a 14” or 16” stride length).
