Both the Sole E55 and E25 utilize a front-drive system with a heavy-duty 20 lb flywheel, high gear ratio and ECB magnetic resistance that together combine to provide a whisper-quiet, smooth and fluid elliptical motion, operating in both forward and reverse motion, with a maximum 20” stride length.

So what’s the difference between the Schwinn 470 and 430?  Both elliptical machines offer lots of variety in resistance levels and programs, but the Schwinn 470 is the top-of-the-line model with more workout programs (29 compared to 22) and more resistance levels (25 compared to 20).

To keep your workouts interesting, both elliptical machines offer a great range of program variety including preset profile and heart-rate programs along with a Quick Start function with which you can just get on and go!  There's also fitness test options and the ability to customize your own workout programs (4 custom programs on the Schwinn 470 and 2 on the Schwinn 430).
